Cancellation Policy
All contracts should be signed by the client. A deposit of 50% of the event total is required to hold your event reservation. The deposit is due at signing and can be provided by an approved credit card, cashier's check or check. Deposits will be applied to Rental Fees as follows; to any damage or theft to the Facilities or Equipment during Renter's use of the Facilities and Equipment, as determined by Dog Tag Bakery, in its sole and absolute discretion; and as a signer of this contract, you are responsible for any damage or theft at replacement value. In the event of a last minute cancellation, 30 days or less prior to event, 25% of the deposit will be retained by Dog Tag Bakery and the remaining 75% will be returned to the client. Final payment of all charges will be due the day of the event or prior to. *Service charge, tax, and gratuities not included,
